I started my career as an artist. I studied Fine Art at Oxford, exhibited internationally, and represented Great Britain at the Beijing Biennale in 2008. My work is held by private collectors and institutions around the world.
After a decade as a practising artist, I retrained as a wellness practitioner and built my own practice in Barcelona and London. That's where I stumbled onto the idea that would eventually become Signature Framework.
I started creating diagrams to help my clients understand concepts in our work together, and something unexpected happened. They learned faster, took action sooner, got better results, and started referring me to everyone they knew. I hadn't planned any of that. I was just trying to help them understand my approach.
I tested that discovery behind the scenes of some of the biggest names in online education, including Tiago Forte, David Perell, and Joe Hudson. I helped build courses, design curriculum, and develop the frameworks and assessment tools that powered their programs. I saw firsthand how a well-structured framework could accelerate learning and results at scale.
I also saw what happened when the framework wasn’t used to structure the contents of a course. Experts with brilliant ideas struggled to get them to land. They had content that was valuable in the moment but didn't stick. And products that worked but couldn’t scale because the underlying thinking wasn’t structured clearly.
By that point, I’d spent twenty years building a unique combination of interdisciplinary skills. I think visually because I trained as an artist. I understand how people learn because I spent a decade teaching complex ideas one-on-one. I know what works at scale because I helped build the programs that proved it. And I know what it's like to be the expert running a business, because I've done it three times, as an artist, a practitioner, and now a consultant. I learned firsthand how integral a framework is to making a business work.
In 2020 I founded Signature Framework to help established experts and thought leaders become the go-to-expert in their field by helping themdistill their unique approach into a proprietary methodology they can become known for.
Since then, I’ve been a thought partner to some of the world’s most influential thought leaders, including Ali Abdaal, Ryan Deiss, and Melody Wilding.
